HOW TO USE
Pre-Rid Tablets
- On day 1, take three tablets an hour for five hours (15 tablets total).
- Eat a healthy morning meal with high-fiber foods and lean protein, including a nutritious evening meal. Drink plenty of water throughout the day while on this cleansing system. Do not exceed 15 tablets in one day.
- Repeat these steps for the next four days.
Detox Liquid
- On the last day of the 5-day cleanse, two hours after your last set of pre-rid tablets, drink half of the detox liquid with 16 oz of orange juice, distilled water, or filtered tap water.
- Avoid eating or drinking any more fluids for two hours. After two hours, consume the remaining half of the detox liquid.
- Fast for another two hours, after which you can eat and drink normally.
Fiber (Optional after Day 4)
- One hour before you plan to take it, mix the Toxin Rid® fiber in 8 oz of distilled or filtered tap water.
- Consume the mixture within two minutes.
- Wait for 15 minutes, then drink 16 oz of water. Avoid drinking more orange juice or water after this.
